"To Be With You" es una balada de la banda América de hard rock Mr.  Big.  Fue lanzada a finales de 1991 como el segundo sencillo de su segundo álbum, Lean into It.  La canción llegó primero el 21 de diciembre de 1991, apareciendo en los EE.UU. Billboard Hot 100 . Se levantó en las listas de éxitos en más de 20 países, alcanzando el número uno en los EE.UU. También alcanzó el número tres en el Reino Unido .

 

La canción fue escrita y compuesta por Eric Martin durante sus años de adolescencia, Paul Gilbert contribuyó a sus arreglos melódicos más adelante.

 

Estando trabajando en el apartamento de Gilbert en Yucca Street en Los Ángeles, tanto él como Martin fueron recopilando sus composiciones.  Martin tenía una balada llamada "To Be With You".  Gilbert tenía su canción de rock psicodélico llamado "Green Tinted Sixties Mind".  Ambos piensan que las dos canciones eran lo suficientemente buenas como para ser incluidas en su próximo álbum, a pesar de ser puramente Rock y acertaron, ambas canciones se mantuvieron en sus repertorios durante todo el curso de sus carreras como grupo y como solistas.
